Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to join our team in overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and hospitality management, with a strong background in team management and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Oversee daily operations, including seating arrangements, reservations, and special events
- Train and mentor staff on service standards and product knowledge
- Monitor inventory levels for front of house supplies
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and service flow
- Handle guest inquiries, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality management preferred.
- Proven track record in team management and leadership roles
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safety standards
- Experience working in hotels or similar establishments is a plus
